What service center did you send it to and what method of payment did you use? It seems Dallas is processing things a little faster. Is there a way for you to track if the payment was processed?

Texas service center. I sent a cheque. they haven't cashed the cheque. I never received any updates

I have heard that even one day matters. It really sucks but I agree with those who are saying they are probably denying your application if at this point they haven’t processed the payment or sent any notifications. Hopefully you get it back soon so you can put it right back in the mail!

People at VJ have been saying that they will reject my application because it was delivered one day ahead of the schedule. I haven't heard any update from USCIS. I called USCIS customer service rep to ask why I haven't heard anything about my application, the rep said that I will have to wait 15-30 days after packet is delivered. In short, I believe that application is rejected and I will have to re submit it once I get my packet back from them (USCIS)

I just saw your previouse poste and read about the 90 window lets hope the best for you  - now i know what your story is

I don't worry about the permanent card, I just want the extension letter right now. I know next year I'll be applying for N400 and we can apply even if our I751 hasn't been approved

you mean you green card expired on july 27 and because it was delivered the day before it will be rejected? i appologize i still dont understand the story but i hope you will get processed

GC will expire on September 25th, 2019. I thought June 25th, 2019 is within the 90-day window but since July and August are 31-day months, actually June27th is when the window started for me, so I was a day ahead

The best thing to do is wait. I know it sucks but as soon as you get the package back you can resend it! The letter should come very soon after that. You still have plenty of time before the card expires, that's good!

My card expires Sep 27 and I believe the reason why we have not heard anything yet is the same as yours. We signed our i 751 dated June 27 thinking that is 90 days before Sep 27 but it is not. 90 days before would have been June 29... this is so disappointing since we used a lawyer to help us file this case...

I know, it just sucks that I know I made a mistake by using overnight shipping instead of a cheaper first class mail and it costed me 3 to 4 weeks of 'time attention', I have been looking at my bank account 4 to 5 times a day to see if the check was cashed. That part of it sucks plus now I don't know how to proceed if it is rejected and I can't afford a lawyer, so I'll have to spend more time to figure out how to submit it if the package in fact comes back to my mailing address, it is a big IF,,

Does anyone know what to do if you send your application one day ahead of your 90 day window?  I was supposed to send application on or after 27june but it arrived at USCIS on 26th June, people have been saying that it will be rejected and I will have to re submit it. So here I am :) if anyone has information about this issue please lmk. I had called USCIS few days ago but I didn't know that time that it was an issue of 90 day window being breached by a day, so I asked what could be the reason for delayed or no updates on my application and customer service rep said to wait 2 more weeks.

They will send it back to you and you will just need to resend it when you get it.

The issue is not just your mail it is the date you signed your 751. The signature has to be made during the 90 days window. My package was delivered 90 days before but my signature was made before 90days

I just checked again my package was delivered June 29 which is according to the USCIS page the first day of acceptance for my package. We did sign our 751 on June 27 and some people say it needs to be signed within the 90 days period and some say it doesnt matter - the delivery day matters.

I just hope the best for all lets see..
