My wife just got approved on Friday for the Green Card. It's in the mail on the way. Glad this process is over for now. Good luck to everyone else waiting!

05/12/2016 -- I-129F mailed to Lewisville, TX
05/19/2016 -- NOA1 email and text, case routed to California Center (WAC) ==== NOA1 Date 05/18/2016
07/20/2016 -- NOA2 email from USCIS case Status and USCIS App ===== Case approved in 63 Days
08/03/2016 -- NVC Case # and Invoice ID Assigned
08/15/2016 -- Packet 3 Received (email)

09/19/2016 -- Finally the embassy open interview date after long wait ... 35 Days (interview scheduled for Oct 10)

10/05/2016 -- Medical done. but no sealed envelope given.

10/10/2016 -- Interview day 1 ( pay the fee, deliver paperwork, finger printed ... and told to comeback tomorrow to be interviewed by a CO )

10/11/2016 -- Interview day 2 ( AP with g221 for missing medical )

10/19/2016 -- VISA ISSUED

I woke up to a text message this morning saying that my case had been updated. I was all excited, assuming I'd been approved like so many others have been recently.

 

Nope. My case has been transferred to another USCIS office. 😐

 

I assume this is neither good or bad (maybe slightly more good since at least it means my file still exists and hasn't been lost?!), but if anyone knows whether I should be pleased or worried, let me know! Thank you 🙂

Does that mean I'm getting an interview? (I did have the initial AOS interview).

Hi All,

 

I-751 filer here. Our Lawyer received my spouses 10-year Green Card.. Does that mean the Conditions were removed?

 

I'm so confused yet extremely delighted since I thought the I-751 was going to be stretched as long as possible for the offices to not approve them.. and also with the guidance that there would be a second interview per the current administration.. I was extremely nervous that thats what was going to happen

 

Could someone please confirm that getting the 10-Year Green Card means we got approved for the removal of the conditions.
