Sent in i-129f via FedEx. USCIS received it on Tuesday, June 4th at 9:30am. Received my NOA with case # via text on Friday June 7th at 3:45pm.

Congrats now please look through the forum and learn all you can as you will use it later! You can start by updating your time line, it is an invaluable tool that can help you get  the right information/answers to your questions should you have any. Welcome to the thread!!!!

Quick update. I’ve mentioned that fedex delivered on June 4th and I received text on June 7th with case number. Today I checked USCIS website on my case status and it says that they received it on June 4th. Surprised that they actually opened it same day. Check cleared on Monday, June 10th.

We filed our K1 application and was delivered to USCIS on June 3 2019. We use my credit card and it was charged on June 7 2019 amounting $535 by USCIS.

We haven't received any Notification from them. Is it normal?

Well you have a few things going for you. First, they have your package because you said it was delivered to USCIS. Second, they charged your card. So far you're doing great. Third, it takes about 30 days to get your NOA1. So yes, this is normal. Last thing is patience. Good luck on your immigration journey.

Say Art25. We need a little help from you so we can help you down the road. This is a second request as you may have missed the last time we gently nudged you. Of course you have the freedom to not complete your profile. If that's the case then let us know so I don't ask and again, and then I can be sure not to over exert myself in helping you because my answers will be dependent on your embassy to answer your questions. Just a fact.

Many of our answers are predicated on the information you supply in your profile. When we look at the left column and can't determine your timeline OR your Embassy it's hard for us to give you a factual answer. Our answers will sometimes be tailored to a specific Embassy hence the reason for you to complete your profile. If you look at the profile of others here, they have a flag for their country, so it makes it easy for us to reply as we can quickly determine their Embassy. The country that should be used is the country where the interview will take place.

So, if you could help yourself out and complete your profile that sure would help us out when we want to reply to your question with factual information.

Go to the top right of this page select your name (it's on the upper right-hand corner)>my profile>[below your picture on the right column] edit my profile. Scroll to the bottom and fill in "Immigration Info". There now we can better serve you.

I called the USCIS and was told that they sent the notice last week and expect it today until tomorrow. They gave me the receipt number and check it on website, our case was received on June 3 2019. Finally! Waiting game mode on. 😅

So, within 15 minutes of writing this I got a text notifying me that they had received my petition:dance:!!  They actually noted that they had received it on 6/6, but I just got the text.  Anyway, now onto waiting!! :clock:

Hi, we sent our package on 05-13-2019 (from Argentina) it was received at the lockbox on 06-03-2019 and the date of the notice is 06-06-2019.

The notice letter was received at the mailing address in the US on 11-06-2019 but I have no notice on my email or phone ( I do have a US #)

Any ideas why I didn't get the email or text?

I filled the form G-1145

As long as you have the hard  copy NOA1 I would not worry about the email or text. It does not always work.
