The children, when they reach 21, will also have to live in the USA. At least for the amount of time it takes for them to petition her and her visa to be granted. If they have no interest in living in

Oh..

 

She could apply for an appropriate non-immigrant visa if she qualifies for one. Or wait until USC kid(s) turn 21 and petition her to live in the US.

She won't be allowed back in the US if she didn't pay her hospital bills in full - no government assistance allowed.

And as i pointed out before their methodology is pretty suspect. Data can be manipulated very easily too. I bet you can give me the same data , and I'll use a different methodology that will sound equally good (well theirs is dodgy but let's pretend its not) and come up with quite different conclusions, using the same numbers.

Sure, anything can be "spun". However, the raw number is more what I am interested in and this source gives a good compilation. All the data is there with the sources, so knock yourself out. Why do you think it is dodgy?
