I submit the sheet that Dra Grillo gave me. I believe is the DS 3025. I already forgot. I have to check when I get home.

I didn’t get a RFE for that and I did get one asking for my BC which I sent at the begging of July. I also read in other thread people getting RFE for the passport photos or marriage certificate. It can be anything.

I agree that you are not exempt of doing everything good and then getting an RFE. With inmigration you never know. Is just patient, positive energy and hoping for the best.

Of course it can be stressing and overwhelming at times because believe I’ve been there and I’ll keep being there, but this a journey we have

to go through.

This is just what I think. Do what you think is best in your case because every case is different and cross your fingers all the time!

We got the official letters today from MO, does this mean this is our processing office?

All cases go to Missouri to the National Benefit Center. They review the cases there and then they transfer them to the local offices where the interviews are scheduled.

On average, it seems we should expect our biometrics appointment for mid October, yes?

From our experience and other people's timelines you should be getting your bio appt letter next Monday and the appointment should be 2 weeks after that. So a total of 3 weeks after you receive the physical NOA1s. But again, every case is different and might vary for better or worse lol.

Nope. Still waiting for the case to update online after the RFE. But it can take from 4-6 weeks to update

What type of news or information should we expect around that time frame after our biometrics?

From what I've seen in people's news we should be getting the status change of ready to be scheduled for an interview or an rfe. How long from your biometrics did it take them to send you the rfe?

Thank you for letting us know.  This is good to know.  I am assuming the interview would still be a couple of months out, right?  We have not have the biometrics yet, and we are praying we do not get any RFEs.  @andreaam was the one that got the RFE.

Ah now it makes sense that it was you asking haha. For some reason i thought it was him/her. So yeah after biometrics it will be either the interview status or an RFE

I've seen people having their interview dates be scheduled only 1 month or 1 month and 1/2  after they received their interview status updated. So I'm having hopes for this year for GC arrival :D

Nice!  Did you see that there are interview questions on here?  Would you suggest prepping some for it?  We were thinking about just going over some things they may ask.
