No, that just means I am in line to be scheduled for an interview. I actually requested an expedite on Sunday because I thought this would take longer, they haven't even replied about it yet. If approved my case will be sent to the U.S. embassy and they will give me an appointment.

I think I need an expedite too, this process is annoying

Fellow Members 

i was going through my I-864 for my Wife and kids and just noticed that part 23 a which says have you filled tax returns for past three years yes or no ...I some how let it blank on my wife and daughter AOS...but I filled the next part where I put my last three years of income...do u guys think o will get a REF for that..
