Good question.  Not sure about ICE, but I have heard rumors that USCIS does.....   no way to know for sure.

USCIS lurks these forums once in a while---a VJ member went for their AOS/ROC interview and said the IO mentioned their VJ username.

There was one member a while back who was a past adjudicator (and now going through sponsoring a wife/fiancee) and did an interview-type thread answering questions on how processing works/field office back log, etc.

There's been a couple of instances of COs who have posted in the regional threads helping out others based on their experiences.  One in particular from the Montreal Consulate who lurked here often enough to know applicants by VJ names, stuff they had posted about that identified them, etc. and told more than one VJ members about it during their interviews.   There was a huge thread in the Canada forums about it.

For those interested, here is the link to the interview with the adjudicator that was done on VJ:

Hope so

Perhaps COs in India and other high fraud nations monitor the various forums.

Thread is kind of drifting, and OP seems to have gone quiet (as some posters do when they don’t get the answers they would like). Would be useful if OP at least mentioned the name of the new university to see if it’s legit this time.
