My I-400 interview is next month based on 3 year rule K-1 visa. We have not had an interview since initial K-1 in Cambodia. No RFE's. Just waiting time.. No letter requesting my husband to attend but he will be there anyway. What should we expect? Thanks

It is hard to tell what to expect. It seems to be case by case basis, varies from one local USCIS office to another or even from interviewing officer. From what I have gathered in this forum these scenarios could happen.  a) it can be a combination I 751 and N400 interview  b) they can interview you for the N400 but  not approve it until they decide on your I 751 c) postpone the N400 for a latter date so they can do a combination I 751/N400 interview. My wife who also entered the US as a K-1 had her original N400 interview moved to another date since her I 751 was pending.  It is good that you are bringing your husband with you.  Also be prepared to bring additional evidences that you can add on your I 751  case after you have submitted your application just in case the immigration officer ask you to present additional proof of co-mingling.  Good luck.

I am in the same situation.  I-751 is pending from Nov 27, 2017 ( VSC, EAC 18061XXXX), applied N-400 on Nov 25, 2018, got interview for N-400 on June 28, 2019.  No mention of cobo interview. We will go together.

I would send an email or call and ask them. They should transfer the 751 case to the local office but sometimes its missed. If you call their attention to it they can schedule you for the correct interview- for some reason some interviewers can make decisions on 751 and 400 and some only on 400.

Thanks AFAL.  I sent them an email asking for the status of I-751 and also informed them that I received N-400 interview.   I will wait for their reply

01-23-2008 = Consulate gets file; outdated Packet 4 mailed to fiancee 1/27/08; rec'd 3/3/08.

04-29-2008 = Fiancee's 4-min. consular interview, 8:30 a.m.; much evidence brought but not allowed to be presented (consul: "More proof! Second interview! Bring your fiance!").

05-05-2008 = Infuriating $12 call to non-English-speaking consulate appointment-setter.

05-06-2008 = Better $12 call to English-speaker; "joint" interview date 6/30/08 (my selection).

06-30-2008 = Stokes Interrogations w/Ecuadorian (not USC); "wait 2 weeks; we'll mail her."

07-2008 = Daily calls to DOS: "currently processing"; 8/05 = Phoned consulate, got Section Chief; wrote him.

08-07-08 = E-mail from consulate, promising to issue visa "as soon as we get her passport" (on 8/12, per DHL).

08-27-08 = Phoned consulate (they "couldn't find" our file); visa DHL'd 8/28; in hand 9/1; through POE on 10/9 with NO hassles(!).

We originally filed for ROC in Ohio November 2017, and N400 in 2018.  Then moved to PA in December of 2018.  Still waiting on an interview.   Hopefully soon.

They told us expected to receive reply by June 6, and it is gone. If I do not hear from them I will send another request on June 15, a month after the one I am waiting for reply.

I applied ROC , Nov 27, 2017.  Today out of processing to eligible to send inquiry is Nov 28, 2017.  I try to send an out of processing request and it says that my application is not out of processing time.  No sure why?1285398778_Outofprocessingtime.thumb.JPG.96cf2d1377cd8fce77c643c726d551d0.JPG
