I am not going to post the photos as they can be upsetting to those with sensitive dispositions.

Sick ad.

What's ironic is all the spam ads below it, touting melting belly fat, and miracle cures.  And "stop eating this one food if you want to lose weight".  GMAB

My cousin who recently arrived with his wife on DVs is driving for Door Dash, and he commented that Americans eat a lot of junk food.  I told him he was right.

I don't agree with "shaming" people for things like this. Studies have shown that it doesn't help.

But, as the child of a parent with clinical morbid obesity, T2 diabetes, heart problems, high blood pressure, diabetes related blindness & nerve necrosis (he had no feeling in his arms from fingers to elbows and legs from toes* to knee) and a whole host of other diabetes and weight related issues - being fat or obese should not be celebrated and honestly, needs to be treated like the health emergency that it is in the modern western world.

Gillette has lost my business with this ad.  I'm not going to give my money to a company that's so clearly pandering to the vocal minority on the internet for "woke" points while completely ignoring the physical reality that being too fat is, quite aside from being almost universally unattractive (yes, there are very few cultures where it's seen as a sign of wealth and therefore attractive, and there's obviously some people who find very big partners attractive - those are the exception rather than the norm), very unhealthy and incredibly bad for you.
