Guys consider yourself lucky that you at least have access to both sites, I can’t even check my status on old site while new site still says ‘we received your case’ even  almost two months after bio done.

note: however I contact with customer service , they said in their system it was updated that I did my biometrics

I am from December 21, 2017 California service center, on May 29 2019 I was transferred to NBC and then they sent me in June 2019 to my local office, I live in Charleston SC.  after the transfer they sent me biometrics in fingerprints after they told me they would reuse it.  How long do you think I will receive an answer, be it approval or interview?

I was transferred to my local office since 2019 supposedly for an interview but the letter does not detail anything could simply be an interview that they would let me know.  So far no news I've been waiting for 20 months

Hubby just finished biometrics. We tried to do a walk in last Wednesday, but they weren't accepting any for that day  

He went in at 8:11 and was out around 9:13. His original appointment was for 12:00.

 

Also, I just realized that the petitioner number was the one for our old case (the one that was rejected because it arrived too early). However his A# and service center (NBC) are correct. Should I be worried that they might get confused (this is USCIS were talking about)? Hubby is going back to talk with them to make sure his fingerprints are added under SRC and not EAC.

 

Per the fingerprint place, they said they can't change the case number to make it SRC and we can either wait and see if he'll get be issued another fingerprint notice with SRC or we can call the 800 number and speak with them regarding the above. We'll call the 800 number on Thursday to verify that they will be added to the SRC case.

And just when I thought things were moving smoothly

It went from case recieved directly to case is ready to be scheduled for an interview on may 15 2019.

If the status changes to "ready to schedule an interview" this means that we won't get a RFE? I'm confused about the ROC process. After biometrics the interviews are handled by the local USCIS office correct? So this means that MSC role is to review if the petition was filled correctly and the biometrics results? And RFE if necessary?

Hey all! November 2018 filer here! I have a MSC199 number, and have been "ready to schedule interview" since April 4, 2019. I'm in NYC. I;m glad I finally found other msc people!

Hi All! MSC filler here. Quick Update this morning- Status Changed to "Case is Ready to Be Scheduled for An Interview ". 

 

Here is the Timelines:

NOA1 Received- 05/22 ( MSC) 

Biometric letter received - 08/16

Bio Appointment- 08/27

Status Changed to " Fingerprint Review Completed" - 08/28

Status Changed to " Case is Ready to Be Scheduled for An Interview" - 08/29
