what if twicw b1/b2 denied and k1 is also denied ???now ccr1

here is my story .....i have applied initially for b1 b2 visa twice in 2018 and denied then apllied fr k1 but also denied in march 2019 ...co asked me about b1 b2 that u have enganged in 2017 but showed single and purpose fir vist i showed is to exam usmle .....didnt mention my fiance ...as in ds 160 there is no seperate option for fiance ....but while filling for k1 i just saw other option in which i mentioend enganged i told the same to co ....then he asked me y u didnt marreid yet ....and then he refused the visa returmung my passport now what is our best shot she is with and should we apply for cr1

Guess you dont have any other choice but try cr1 Visa

 

Though it sounds like your previous visas were denied based on lying on applications... make sure you didnt get the misrep ban. 

K1

29.11.2013 - NoA1

06.02.2014 - NoA2

01.04.2014 - Interview. 

AoS

03.2015 - AoS started.

09.2015 - Green Card received.  

RoC

24.07.2017 - NoA1.

01.08.2018 - RoC approved.

misrep ban .... so what are choices i didnt lied actually .....shukd i submitt wavier ...niw if we get marreid and applied fr cr1 then what are my chances or should i end up my american dream

no he didnt gave me any paper ...jsut said i dnt think ur relationship is banefide and i am sending back your case to nvc ........i didnt misonterpreted anything i just didnt saw seprate option of engaged

Timeline

Consulates when refusing a visa do not have to list all the causes, they normally just go for the easy one.

 

The issues do not go away and can come up in future applications.

Not sure I have ever seen that happen, especially with a K1, just send it back and let it die.

bro its common the girl just before me also been denied k1 visa and given same reason ...although she had long interveiw ......mine was liek 5 to 10 mins now its past konldy guide me for future should i send a wavier or just aplly for cr1 i have also hired a attorny
