I sent package on 3/29, package delivered on 4/3.

Sms received on 4/8

checks cashed 4/9

got NOA 4/11.

Then no activity

I see, thanks for the info.

So good you got confirmation that your application was received and Cheque was cashed. My package was delivered and signed for on 4/1 and I haven’t heard anything. No text. No email. No NOA. No check cashed.  Unfortunately I have to wait for 30 days before I can make an enquiry which is coming up next week. It’s so hard.

Yeah, that’s what I did this afternoon. We literally took the entire package and put it in a new envelope and mailed it priority again.

I’ll keep you guys posted as soon as I get anything back.

Hi Dmart and everyone,

I received back my packet today. It was really frustrating, I thought we were at the right time on sending the packet. I would like to ask if you re-used the check? and if you ever re-printed anything because they stamp almost each page?.  Is there anything I need to change or include in the packet. Please let me know, I want to send back the packet today.

Thank you!.

Hey guys. If at all they don’t want new biometrics. How do they communicate it that they are using our old ones.

Since 4/11 NOA I have not received anything.

Hi, they will send you a letter saying that they are able to reuse your previous biometrics. When did you filed?

Hi All,

I called USCIS today because my package was delivered on 4/1/2019 to Lewisville TX Lockbox and up to now I have not received a single communication from USCIS. They opened a Service Request to look into what's going on with my package because 15 days have passed since delivery to a lockbox. I got a reference number and they said to follow up after 30 days have passed if I still do not hear from USCIS.

I explained that I submitted I-751 and it was delivered on 4/1/2019 by UPS and I haven't heard anything since. They looked on my record and didn't find my submission or any receipt sent to me.

They asked for USCIS "A" number and a few more personal details then they raised the service request and gave a reference number.

I had my biometrics appointment 4/18 and everything went smoothly.

The guessing game of which case tracking service to use continues: the old one at egov.uscis.gov had never worked for me with this case number, and the new one at my.uscis.gov seemed to work initially but hasn't shown anything since the "Case was received" notification back on 3/13. Out of frustration, I tried putting my case number in at egov.uscis.gov and now it works and says:

Quote

"Fingerprint Review Was Completed. As of April 19, 2019, we completed our review of your fingerprints and are working on your Form I-751, Petition to Remove Conditions on Residence"

Still wish I hadn't taken my G-1145 out of my application packet at the last minute because I read some (incorrect) information about how it wouldn't work for I-751 cases, but for anyone who had switched to using the new my.uscis.gov case status tracker and hasn't received updates - try going back to the one at egov.uscis.gov!
