Lucky you!! Yes approx 1-2 months. But last time I get mine within 3 weeks, hopefully this time will be the same (try to set my expectations low). Because of you, I already get my fiance to get all paperwork ready by end of next week before I travel around 😆

May as well get it all ready and then enjoy your travels.

Each embassy is different so asking for that information from others could possibly jeopardies your interview. I recommend reading over the following links to use for the entire process in Manila and start asking these types of questions that are specific to the Philippines (USEM) in the sub-forum for the Philippines. Links are below. BTW Hank's website is the best place to use for step by step instructions.

Also, there is a sub-forum for the Philippines here on VJ that you should be a part of. It's a good place to read what others are experiencing which will only prepare you for your interview.

I did along with W2s and tax transcripts for 2016 and 2017 and W2 for 2018,I134, and letter of employment with salary. I just got my tax transcript for 2018. I sent ahead with a relative who was traveling to the country as I was unsure if I was gonna be able to attend interview. I just completed a new I134 since updated version became available and will reprint an employment letter close to interview date.

Is the employment letter required? I don't think I have the letter anymore. I do have my tax docs and W2 in the last 5 years.

USEM requires certain documents that are outlined in the P3 letter posted on the website. I recommend getting a copy to follow .

Wow. That NOA2 took forever. We’re on our 225th day of waiting for ours. Hopefully it comes soon.

Yes it did but hang in there everyone (unless you really got a f'd up case) gets approved eventually at this stage  in the process. Some just take longer than others. What have you done to this point insofar as inquiries etc?

We’ve spoken to a tier 2 agent last week and we were advised to expect something within 2 weeks. Otherwise, we’d have to reach out again notify them that it’s outside processing time.

Well lets  hope that will  be the case, but truthfully speaking I have little faith in what they say. Just hope  for the best but prepare for the worst. Anyway  you will be approved. I really hate giving my honest  opinions in these matters as it labels  me as a negative person by some. But i think you deserve  my honest insight plus I've  walked  the road  you are currently  walking.

This does not affect the K-1 process it only affects the local USCIS offices.
