    That’s right, they both have a pending i-130 which I filed myself as permanent resident. The current visa bulletin is looking promising, but I may be able to expedite it with a USC status.

    Hello! I’m scheduled for naturalization interview on May 1st. I have a pending petition for my minor children (priority date Oct 2021). Can anyone please guide me on how I can update their status once I become a USC?

    Thank you so kindly for this helpful info. I looked into current processing time to get my citizenship and it is risky. I’ve just spoken to my spouse, and we will reapply with her as petitioner.

    Pride. My strong sense of independence. That’s the reason lol. I obviously wasn’t practical about the approach and thought doing it all by myself wouldn’t take this long 😊

    Yes, I’ve been eligible to apply for citizenship since October 2023. I haven’t had time to process it because of work. Will it make a difference on expediting this petition if I get my citizenship?

    Hi all, Can someone please help me understand the Visa bulletin info? I’m a permanent resident who petitioned my minor children. They are documentarily approved and has a priority date of October 6, 2021. No correspondence yet since approval from NVC. I checked with the consular office in Manila and they don’t have the papers yet. How do I check in this bulletin when they might be scheduled for an interview? TIA!

    I went in just to be sure, and they said USCIS had been sending those erroneously as of late. They took my biometrics anyway since I was already there. It took just 5 mins to get it all done. Thanks!

    Hello, I’m processing my I-751 Petition to Remove Conditions on Residence. I received a notice on Dec 9th saying I don’t need to go since they can re-use my old biotmetric info. My Case Tracker app confirms this. However, I received another notice soon afted saying I’m scheduled for biometric tomorrow 1/3. Should I still go?
