NOA2 2/25 and got replied from asknvc today, we sent inquiry on 3/2. Unfortunately they still not received our case as of today 3/12 and it takes atleast 6 weeks since NOA2.  Another waiting time lol

Yes it seems it’s taking slightly longer now for the NVC to receive cases, hoping I have mine assigned to make the shipment to the embassy at the beginning of April.

Hahaha we are in the same boat. Our NOA2 is similar. Fingers crossed we will have ours shipped sooner😀 keep in touch!

Yes I think we are over the worst wait now that we have our NOA2, it’s exciting to finally feel like the end of this part of the journey is nearly over.

 

I have all my documents ready for my medical and interview so I’m now just waiting for my case to ship so I can book them both.

Wow good job on you! My fiance and I still haven’t look into details, he is still gathering his employment letter, W2, IRS and also affidavit form, proof of ongoing relationships etc then need to mail me. My side am still waiting my application of police certificate from Malaysia to be approved, it takes about 1-2 months. Hopefully will be in time the time they ship it to embassy in Jakarta. Til then I am booking my trips to cover South East Asia before move to US hehhehw

Well we wanted to get everything sorted whilst my partner is still here with me as he is getting ready to relocate back to the states next week with work. Really 1-2 months, I’m lucky in the uk I had mine mailed to me within 10 days.

Lucky you!! Yes approx 1-2 months. But last time I get mine within 3 weeks, hopefully this time will be the same (try to set my expectations low). Because of you, I already get my fiance to get all paperwork ready by end of next week before I travel around 😆

Since January of this year Jakarta requires the IRS tax transcripts and not copies of the 1040. I have attached information concerning what is required for the interview. I am not sure you have this or not but I'll share it with you just the same. Also, you will need your letter from NVC with your case number to attend to the medical exam.
