What's the update on your NOA2 Kai?

Still nothing. 257 days and counting. Looks like we beat you on that NOA2 wait time 😰April 23 would be our 30th day since the outside processing time inquiry. I was actually thinking about sending you a message regarding the letter you sent to your congress person. We plan to try that, too, along with the weekly phone calls.

What state are you? Yeah you should try that. I'm not sure if our congressman had to do with it. I think before they can start their inquiry our file was already approved, or I could be wrong. Also kai, i also wrote to the USCIS Ombudsman. I did that before I wrote to our congressman. Try that one too. Also double check again your file maybe you have some typographical error, like SS# or alien number sometimes that's the issue. I hope you'll hear from USCIS soon. You'll get there.

I’m the beneficiary. My fiancee is in California. Just a month or so more and we’d beat Sarge2155’s 299 days. Haha. We’ll write to the Ombudsman and re-check the papers we’ve submitted. Per Sarge2155’s suggestion, we will keep calling every week too. Thanks for checking up on me. That’s so thoughtful of you. I hope all is going well with your application!

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.

** Not all cases are transfered
