Maybe I gave you the requirements for USEM, but I assume that you should have to prepare an Affidavit of support in case they ask for it. Yes it's better you go through with what your embassy requires. Plenty of folks that are going through the Jamaican embassy so getting that information is not going to be difficult. Try the Jamaican portal too.

There you go @fluffykim @Dory81 just hooked you up good!!! Thanks Dory!!!!!

@Sarge2155 hello! You're welcome

Isn’t that the number we have to call abyway? I always called there it’s like 2-8 min wait and all they ask your receipt number and date of noa2. Is there any other number that we have to call?

Just got confirmation of our LND2019* case number assignment from the NVC and told it should be getting sent off next week! Does anyone know what the invoice number is for? They said I'd need that later in the process 🤔

Is @FaithProfessoR here as well? 😬

Welcome to the club. Go to the first post to see the instructions. The short version is call the NVC after a couple of days that you get the NOA2 and see if you have a case# so you can track your case.

Ummmmm...no. it takes a minimum of 2 weeks for case to get to NVC. It's taken some people 5 weeks or so to get their case #s.

I thought I'd give NVC a call tonight to see if maybe by chance they received our case (I had a feeling they didn't lol) Just got off of the phone...

Called 603-334-0700 couldn't even get through to an operator phone disconnected after the prompts were over

Called 603-334-0088 took less than a minute to get connected to an operator, she looked up our case and to no surprise they still haven't received it she said it can take up to 6 weeks, which I knew thanks to VJ! I'll try again in a few days 😊
