IDK why but, I swear my Fiancee acts like she trusts what they say more than what I get off this website. It's so bazaar, then if I say something is wrong she gets offended lol! What's with women and facebook groups

I'm actually happy with the number of people calling him out on it.  They were a 4400 person closed group that averaged 7 posts per day...that should say something.

No.  This one is worse.  The guy even charges a fee to help people.  He got a 221(g) for something the website says is required and he calls that a denial and does a big post saying ALL visa types are impacted and somehow President Trump made him go to the interview unprepared.  LOL  This is a guy who runs a site AND charges people to help them...This is a whole new level of imcompetance.

Can't say that I blame him for the fee thing. I've often thought(passing thoughts) about what easy money charging someone 2 or 3 hundred dollars to fill out a 129f, but I would hate to wade into any murky legal waters.Honestly the 129-f is like an hour or two job and people are scared to death of it.

That is the Filipino way unfortunately. They will believe what another Filipino says over the spouse/fiancé all day long until proven different 100 times over. My wife was the same way until she learned that I knew what I was talking about then stopped with the "I heard it from so and so whose sister/father/brother did it".

Hours???  You mean months!!!  Years!!!  It is so difficult and they check the DNA of the person who fills it out to make sure they have enough European roots...2 or 3 hundred!!!  I say 2 or 3 thousand!!!!   LOL  Lets scare everyone into using our "service".  We will guarantee approval is they are approved.

Let's be honest now, he doesn't own a website at all. He just has a catchy FB page trying to come off as some kind of expert about the process. When in reality he isn't any kind of expert at all about it since he can't follow simple advice or directions.

He is an x-spurt .  ;)

What should I do then? Feb 14 is our interview date! Should I go into h&R block and get taxes done quickly? I dont really know....

cause once again she has my w2’s, i134 form, note from employer, and pay stubs

You are a K-1 thus do not process financial support through NVC and they are the only ones asking for transcripts, and the reason they want transcripts is because of their new document upload system on CEAC, transcripts are small.

You will be fine with a copy of your 1040 tax return, embassy has no issue with a copy of the 1040.

To be safe, I'm also planning to bring copies of my W-2s and 1099s from the past 3 years, for the interview.

That is always a great idea. I would rather have too many forms than be missing one.

They are conditioned to be that way, Information is so scattered and misinformed in the Philippines.  Why do they have so many languages? Helps keep the people misinformed.

If you asked on this forum "Does it snow in Baguio"?  You will get a handful of people whom will tell you it does, cuz they had someone tell them that.

Just when you think you have TDS eradicate,  a new case shows up.

Im sorry, does this affect K1's as well? My fiance is just about to file his 2017 & 18 taxes (and he will owe taxes), and from what I read, it takes weeks before the transcript is available.

No.   Embassy will accept the 1040 or the transcripts, states this in their checklist.

Embassy is only interested in your most recent tax return (which for now is 2017)    They additional they will not take, nor look at ... heck they might not even ask for any financial support documents.
