Hey guys,

Our lawyer called NVC this morning and was told that our case was completed today. We are yet to get an email confirmation on it though.

We resubmitted two documents on Jan 15th so I am sure everyone who submitted on Jan 16th or so are close to completion as well! Hang tight :)

Congratsss !

May I ask how many passport pictures did you upload? One or two of the same?

So we did not upload any pictures. Our lawyer just left a comment saying that we will bring them to the interview and that comment was accepted. 🤷🏻‍♂️

Hello everyone. Does NVC send a hard copy of the case number and Invoice ID#  or any other correspondences via postal mail? Or only via email? Tia

In my experience? Just email.

sure keep in touch. Its sad because my anniversary is coming soon and I had hope that my wife would be here before our anniversary but that doesn't seem like the case anymore. Let me know when you get any updates. I will also inform you. Thanks. God bless.

at least you reach that far, some people still not approved as yet.

We’re completing the I-864 form and wondered if someone could confirm that the 2019 household income requirement for a household size of 3 is $25,975?

So if my husband earns more than this amount, is that enough to sponsor me?  Thanks

they will email the case number and Iv number but you can call if you wish.

some people may say why call and waste NVC time on the phone, all that doing is holding them up from giving people their case and Iv #. they do sound stupid when they say that because its not the same department.

anyway if you want call 3 times a day do it.

example I can call now and I don't get it but in my mind I will say let me wait until next week Tuesday. what if they could give me the number over the phone tonight and I pay the fees tonight.  it make a different

I am just saying

That is the correct amount for NVC, depending on your Embassy they may require a higher income. I would ask that question in your Embassy forum.
