Need help with passport style photo

I need my fiancé’s passport style photo, I went to the post office and they told me he would have to be there in order for them to print the photo otherwise there’s no place that will print it for us, and he lives in Russia so that’s out of the question. He could send one to me through mail but it would be expensive and it would take a long time to get here because I live in the United States. What can we do to get his passport style photo here besides that?

I had the image file emailed to me and printed at Walgreens

My fiancée was able to get the image file from a place that took her picture for a passport-style photo, emailed it to me, I uploaded it to Walmart.com and picked it up at the local Walmart an hour later. I don't know exactly where she got her picture taken at, but I didn't get the impression this was unusual in Russia.

 

Our petition was approved last month.

Try Walmart. They printed it for me. I ordered it on the 1 hour photo option and just picked it up

The place that told you that is dumb. Just take your digital copy to anywhere that does prints. I did mine at costco. If you need help with formatting so that it is the right size and absolutely can not figure it out, send me a message and I'll help you out.
