OCTOBER 2018 I-129F (K1) FILERS

Hello everybody, We sent our petition in October, I've read that during winter it takes less time processing the applications, let's hope that we all receive a response soon. I would like to know when October filers are starting to get updates on their cases, that's why I've opened this forum. 

Any NOA2 already?

Really?  It actually takes longer if you include the winter holidays, imo......

What happens is that during Summer and Spring the number of applications send are higher due to people use to travel more and it's when there are more proposes, that's why during winter time there are less applications and probability of getting a sooner response is a bit higher

Yeah, I was thinking the same thing.  Employees taking tie off and then holiday closings

You should fill out your timeline here on Visajourney to get a rough estimate.

but since you’ve only just sent your I-129F this October, I wouldn’t expect anything until at the very minimum until next April of 2019.

That might be true if there wasn't always a backlog........the applications submitted in the winter are not processed for several months later..........have any real stats?

You are right, I was looking for October 2017 fillers and in their timeline they start receiving notifications in April 2018, so... we will see how it goes

With immigration only the most recent data is really relevant. Things that were true in years past basically mean nothing since it is such a fluid situation.
