Immigrant visa undergoing Administrative Processing

I went for an interview barely a month ago and the immigrant visa was refused. I sent an email to inquire about the the status of the case. I received a response from the US embassy that "the immigrant visa case according to their record is undergoing administrative processing."

Please can someone explain what it means to me?

Thanks.

co told me he will send the case back.

But after the interview they came to where I was staying do find out whether the marriage was real.

there has to be more to it, what did the paper say that he gave you

unless you give us more information we can not attempt to help you.

if they came to where you were living they clearly suspect that your marriage is fraud, what evidence was presented for bonafide marriage? was there pictures? do your neighbors know your married?

they routinely make home visits and talk to your neighbors.

did he had you a 221G paper? did he suspect that your marriage was false? was evidence given at NVC and at interview?

did you stumble over the questions asked?

I submitted evidence at all levels uscis nvc and the embassy.

But in my previous petition I was denied co said no legal marriage.

Refiled and refused again.

Then they called me and asked where we registered the marriage. They also asked some people and they confirmed the marriage was real.

The paper issued indicate material misrepresentations.

also if you were denied under misrepresentation, and they are sending your petition back it can take 6 months to a year even longer to get back to USCIS and are facing a NOID like I said before your wife needs to hire and attorney a I-601 will need to be filled out paid for a sent in wait for an approval/denial.

you have a huge wall to climb now.
