They will know anyway as they require you to list all medical procedures. You must be truthful. They are NOT going to be judgmental . Their only concern is that the procedure was carried out safely and that you have no lasting infection, for example.

Timeline in brief:

Married: September 27, 2014

I-130 filed: February 5, 2016

NOA1: February 8, 2016 Nebraska

NOA2: July 21, 2016

Interview: December 6, 2016 London

POE: December 19, 2016 Las Vegas

N-400 filed: September 30, 2019

Interview: March 22, 2021 Seattle

Oath: March 22, 2021 COVID-style same-day oath

Now a US citizen!

Just answer all questions that are asked by medical professionals........I wouldn't mention it unless asked...........and I don't think they will....

Im in the philippines and abortion's illegal here so im really worried.

The last I heard from someone a couple years ago on here is that she did have to undergo a pysch eval to make sure nothing is wrong mentally. But overall it went good for that person and she is here in the USA na.

Yes.   You are dealing with us immigration not Philippines.   They follow us law and practice.   Abortions are not illegal here
