Our papers were supposed to arrive tomorrow, but instead FedEx shows they will be delivered today! Hooray! I didn't know they would even deliver it early if you didn't pay :) What a pleasant surprise. Now to wait until the check is cashed...

That's great!  But USCIS offices are all closed today so not sure how much it helped getting there today.

Hi everyone.  I mailed the  i751 today.     A few days before my 2 year GC expires  :)    Didn't feel any of the urgency of the previous stages.

 

Am I right in thinking I can apply for Citizenship 90 days before the 3rd anniversary of the first GC?   Whether the new GC has been issued or not?

Correct. You can apply for citizenship in your 90-day window; then they are sort of forced to adjudicate the I-751 once they get to processing your N-400.

Ooooh! I knew there was some kind of form like this but couldn't remember what it was, and honestly was too busy preparing the rest of the packet and forgot to look into that. Smart move by you. I think your packet arrived a day before mine, so hopefully I can call up and get a case number tomorrow :)
