Hi guys!

I’m so worried! I had my interview on Nov 06 and I was approved, no pending documents. After it my CEAC status was Administrative Processing, then on the 08 became Ready, on the 09 it had another update to Ready and since that never changed again 😭

Everybody is getting their passport back and I'm stuck. It that meantime we had 2 holidays in my country and 2 in America. I'm from Brazil not a travel ban country so what is going on? Even with the holidays people are receiving their passport.

Anyone went through similar case?

Please, help me!

As @debbiedoo said, All cases go through administrative processing.  Since the CO told you that, chances are you will see "issued" soon.......but all cases are different......

Your visa is not approved until it's in your hands. It sometimes not uncommon for a interview CO to tell you that you are approved and it's another thing for them to take their time reviewing your complete package prior to issuing you a visa. We have seen visa's issued within hours of the interview, some two to three days later, some a week to 2 weeks and some months away.

Sorry to say but I have to join the choir that says you voiced for you to be patient and wait some more.

Omg! We have a 4 year relationship and a son together! Why my case would be difficult?

I’m seeing people who barely know  their fiancés getting Issued before me! That’s not fair 😭

Please give me the link where it says that cases should be approved in order. And, can you give me the link where it says that this process would/should be fair. I'm waiting <crickets>.

I don't appreciate your OMG! comment. I am giving you real world answers from experience. You don't have to like my help but a little courtesy goes a long way.

I don't know where you see there was no courtesy. I never ever said that!

But if you understood that way I can't do anything.

Double yikes. OP just needs to be patient and wait it out. Sorry but “not being from a travel ban country” or your “four year relationship” aren’t gonna help AP process faster. Just wait like the rest of us did. No need to act like your relationship is greater than other people’s on here because of the country you’re from and the length of your relationship. Just because you’ve been dating for 4 years and have a child doesn’t mean your visa will be processed faster 😂 my husband and I dated for 7 years before filing and not once did I think that would mean we would process faster 😂 maybe do a little research into what AP is before throwing a fit. You’ve made it this far being patient. It shouldn’t be long before it’s issued if no problems arise in AP.

i also think it’s important to note not to book any sort of travel to the us until you have your visa in hand.
