I imagine adult men would still be breastfeeding if they wouldn't get flack for it.

Age is just a number.

Just last week, a woman boarded a plane with a crying infant.  The baby would not stop crying, and finally a flight attendant asked the mother if there was anything she could do to help.  The mother told the flight attendant that they had gotten stuck in the airport overnight, and she ran out of formula for the baby, and it was just hungry.  The flight attendant spoke to her supervisor, who agreed, and the FA, who has a 1-yr old at home, offered to nurse the infant.  The mom was happy to do so, and the airline employee took the baby to the back of the plane and fed it, and took the sleeping infant back to the mother.

Now THAT’S customer service!
