You're not the petitioner. You don't need to provide any of your income and asset information

Assume that you've married her then she can apply for K visa for you. So you'd better not to tell the CO she's your spouse. 😊

If your spouse submitted a petition for a K-1 then you have a big problem.

You cannot apply for a K-1 if you are married.  The K-1 will be denied since you do not meet the requirements.  The petitioner will have to file a CR-1 spousal visa.

PHILIPPINES ONLY!!!  CFO (Commission on Filipinos Overseas) INFO - Can't leave home without it!

PDOS (Pre-Departure Registration and Orientation Seminar) is for ages 20-59.  Peer Counseling is for 13-19 years of age.

It is required to have the visa in their passport for PDOS and Peer Counseling.

GCP (Guidance and Counseling Program) is for K-1 Fiancee and IR/CR-1 spouse ONLY.

I know you were joking but be careful.  There are people who try that and we really should never encourage visa fraud.  If they did that it would be material misrepresentation and the beneficiary would be banned.  I know it was just a joke but right now the US doesn't like any jokes when it comes to immigration.

Never lie to a CO!  They already know the answers to the questions they ask.

That is always possible.  In that case he really needs to be careful since a slip like that would kill his interview.  I was under the impression they are actually married.

Unfortunately, we don’t know if they are married or not. Why don’t people fill out their timelines?  It would make helping them somewhat easier.
