K1 visa Immigrant Deportation

I'm not one of those wives' who's simply angry at what was done. I see a lot of those on here. no. I'm angry yes, but ultimately I am trying to reverse what was done, trying not to become yet another woman successfully used for the green card. I committed faithfully, 5 years of my love and loyalty, sacrificed my own needs for our relationship together. I shamefully admit that I put up with the years of abuse, verbally, mentally, physically, and emotionally. I ignored the signs and red flags out of my own love and naïve faith in our "love" I recently came to the realization that he had in fact, cheated, for years with a woman we both knew,  had relations with women from work, and tried with others, the whole time we were together. He has admitted to using under the counter pain meds, and I gathered info from one of his other women that he asked her ( a work client while at work ) for pain meds as well.  He admitted to at least 3 different women that he was only married to me until he could get his card and stay. most of this I only recently found out. what kind of proof do I need to submit to have him deported? What are his chances of staying? we have no mutual assets, we only had a mutual bank account but he secretly went off and made his own, he co-signed on my car which he is now threatening me with. That's about it. Our name was only on one lease together and that lasted only a few months. Otherwise, bills have been in my name, leases, utilities, etc.  I deleted all our pictures together. he never celebrated or did anything for anniversaries, he flushed his ring down the toilet, nothing for birthdays or valentines days or anything. there is virtually no proof of a valid marriage together, on the other hand, I don't know what proof I should submit or how I can prove that he was using me for the green card. this just isn't right and I don't know what to do. but I cant stand the thought of him, successfully using me to be with that kaniving, evil, backstabbing woman, the both of them are really, so he gets to come to this country on a lie, and gets away with it, only so that he can be here and drink in all the riches and spoils of his gluttonous desires, further contributing to the illegal drug consumption, and dangerous driving habits, and disgustingly selfish promiscuity and using of women that is already rampant in this country. He is of late, extremely pushy about getting me to sign divorce papers, I believe in part, that it is because a divorce is his ticket to removing his conditions of his current 2 year green card, therefor granting him the ability to go forth and apply for the next 10 year green card. I have pictures saved of bruises I have from him, I have recordings of a woman who knows the woman he was cheating on me with, she told me everything over the phone and I got it recorded. I got her to record a call of the woman he was cheating on me with, admitting to being with him and wanting to hide it even.... I also have a recording of him asking me to stay with him for his green card after I told him I was leaving. it was a very clear recording. I have a recording also of him talking about the pain pills he "wanted to take" and I have screen shots of a convo between me and one of his women where she told me he asked her for drugs and was afraid of being deported if I found out he was cheating. What can I do, what is usable evidence? should I sign the divorce papers or hold off? what is the benefit or demise of either? someone help me out. I do not have a lawyer.

there is nothing you can do to deport him, he can remove conditions without you, as said many times here, divorce and move on

you can write a letter to immigration, whether they do something, it's up to them, but you can't get him deported. so divorce him and maybe in the future find a good man, he doesn't deserve any more time of your suffering.

This sounds like an episode of "90 Day Fiance': Happily Ever After?"  While the feelings of anger and revenge and your desire to have him deported are understandable and justified, they will only make you more miserable.  Don't let his bad behavior bring you down emotionally.  Revenge is not a positive emotion, plus there is very little you can do except send your evidence to USCIS, divorce him, and move on and try to focus on positive things and a future free of this bad person.

Agreed as long as you are bitter and unhappy he wins, he is in your head. Divorce and let what happens happen, if he is as promiscuous as you say you are being exposed to disease potentially, offer him no support. If he has injured or abused you file charges to the police and obtain a TRO. Seek protection not revenge
