Hard copy just sent to my fiance (petitioner)

Can I ask what you had sent as evidence with the petition? Was there really nothing with a date within the last 2 years or are they just super picky?

Hi, we sent pictures from 2016-2018 but the date and place were written computerized (they asked for handwritten), Fiance’s itinerary/eticket to visit me (maybe not enough).

Anyway, im not that too nervous because we can provide all the request. Planning to send not just limited to those items on the list requested. I maybe would include all the things i have such as conversation (chats/text), emails from 2015 up to present etc.

Good luck to all of us!

Did you not send in the passport pages with the in and out stamps, they seem to have a question about your time frame for your meeting. The meeting can not be more than two years BEFORE you applied. The chats and emails will not prove this  requirement. Hotel receipts credit card receipts, travel tickets inside Philippines all these together provided the dates match will prove it. The passport in and out stamps combined with what I mentioned will prove provided the dates are within the two year requirement. Pictures with date stamps from the camera are good but not stand alone, send them in again with handwritten info on the back, again check the dates USCIS is mentioning if your dates are correct you should be ok.

We sent pictures at landmarks of her country of residence and hand wrote the date and our names.  We also included boarding pass and passport stamps.  We were with rapid visa, i got notified by email, websites, and hard copy, not rapid visa.

We have sent pictures of 5 trips which my fiance did in last 2 years, also we attached his e tickets, passport stamp pages, which clearly shows the dates of entry and exit to my country. We did not write the dates and location by hand we just typing.

Try to provide as much as details information you can send, go with quality not with quantity,

BEST OF LUCK TO ALL OF US AND CONGRATULATIONS TO ALL OF THEM WHO GET ONE STEP CLOSER TO THEIR LOVERS. :)

I dont remember what exactly are docs we sent. I believe we have completed the requirements, maybe they just need more. We will start gathering the docs asap. ..

Send it all in again plus what they ask for and you should be alright. Yes it is frustrating, but at least they are looking at your case.
