I called USCIS twice, last night and this morning, i spoke with tier 2 and i got the same information. They said National benefits center handles all application for N400 and they prepair the application for interview. Therefore since i applied for both I751 and N400. My application for I751 was transferred to NBC and i do have a chance to get a combo interview they said. Also my local field office is in milwaukee, my N400 is in queue for interview they said once they have available slots they will go ahead and schedule my interview. I hope this is true and i’m hoping for speed process.

Hello, has anyone's I-751 case been transferred to National Benefits Center WITHOUT any RFE or filing N-400, with the mailed notice letter stating the case was moved 'for a standard processing'? What is that supposed to mean? I'm July 17, 2017 filer at CSC, transferred to NSC on September 18, 2018 and now just recently on January 04, 2018 have been transferred to NBC, Lee Summit. I'm one step away from a nervous breakdown at this point, any information would be highly appreciated!

Can I ask you? What option you choose to speak with tier 2? I call 1-800-xxx, but they don’t let me choose to speak somebody , at least customer service, I just think government shutdown so nobody working on the phone line . Thanks in advance .

You should file an inquiry now, don’t wait about it. If they give you a generic response, call TIer 2 customer service.

I have to wait after 30 days for the first time I did an inquiry . I tried to call uscis over 1 weeks but I can not choose option to talk with somebody like before. I can’t connect at least to customer service . Has anyone recently called and talked to tier 2? Could you help me with what option on the phone line ? Thank you.
