Everything went smooth, I went with my mother. The consul only ask 6 basic questions and approved the case without asking any documents, I submitted everything online to the NVC and brought the original to the interview but the consul didn't ask for them.

Asking because my timeline for my mom's petition is similar to yours.
I did submit an expedite at the NVC stage right after paying everything and submitting all the documents.
