They haven't received any denial letter yet, this is very speculative at this point. If I understood this right (and it is a bit hard to understand) the petition got kicked up to supervisor who is reviewing the provided RFE information now, and will make a call based on that. In California this applies

On the example that OP posted though I do not the termination date of marriage stated, it is like they forgot to fill it in, leaving hanging sentence.

It was his attorneys mistake and our agency mistake sending that court order. To our knowledge it was already the date of the termination of his marriage. We have no idea the divorce had to be recorded and the final date of the divorce is the recorded one not the trial date. We were in a rush. We should have hired experts for our petition.

Well you are not the first using that Agency and will not be the last.

But youre rude because of the typo. You dont care how i feel now. People could make mistakes writing when theyre feeling bad.

A LOT more than that on VJ.

Well good luck with that, others have not been successful.

Perceived rudeness is not a cause to violate the TOS.

Check my past responses on the thread...this is not personal nor aimed at somebody who is down.

As stated, the meaning was not clear to me. They = the lawyers & RV? If so, it's not their denial, just (another) failed handling of a case.

We will try to get refund..

No luck with the refund.  They just say that you gave them incorrect information.  Trust me.  I did exactly as they directed and we were denied because I did what they said.  There are no refunds.

I was not talking about the agency and the attorney. I think youre not following. I was talking about someone elses who filed an appeal to uscis when they got denied. And they successfully won. They forgot to include their divorce decree with the RFE letter back to USCIS. Its understandable that i said didnt. Means did not. I just typed again not which was very clear that was a typo.
