I am late on my I-751 but my 2 year gc does not expire till next month so I am ok,

I am planning my stuff out tomorrow but each forum I check it seems the price I have to pay is different

what is the price for the biometrics and fees for this?

$595.00 for the I-751 + $85.00 biometric fee. You may send a check for $680.00.

You may also pay by credit card using form G-1450, Authorization for Credit Card Transactions.

Another option is money order.

sorry everyone if I am asking a lot of questions,

for this form I am providing our photos at family events, taxes and lease agreements as proof of still being together

is there anything else I would need to put in? besides the funds of doing this and the 1-751 form itself?

These are good. Affidavits from friends are not as strong if you've already been together a long time and can prove it in photos if you didn't co-mingle a lot back then. Also if you have a mortgage or a will and trust that helps a lot. Other ideas are a common safety deposit box and ring engravings, Rx prescription and health insurance shared data access. I also got a podiatrist and dentist to add my spouses name as a family member that can access my HIPAA information.

Hello,

Visa Journey has a very helpful guide and faqs under the Removal of Conditions process. It lists evidence you could add to what you already have. It also answers questions you might have, as well as makes suggestions to help your  package be accurately submitted.

I just received my letter!! Notice date says 10/19 vs 10/05 as I was told when I called USCIS. I'm just so happy that I got the receipt so I can go renew my driver's license! :D

Hi. I've also filed for my ROC this month. I read somewhere in this I751 forums that someone filed a  big package. Mine was just the main form, two most recent lease contracts, child birth certificate, 2 joint tax returns, car loan and 15 pictures of us 3, life insurance benefit for my wife, medical insurance policies for us 3, flight tickets for us 3. I didn't even include the affidavits.

By the way, I am in TN so I filed to the Texas Service Center

Hope that works

If you have beneficiary forms from your or your spouse's 401K or IRA accounts you can add those as well as part of financial comingling.

we filed last monday October 22nd. They picked it up on wednesday 24th. So far the check hasn't been cashed, I have not received a text. I am worried sick because my greencard expires 10/28/2018. I did not include an apology letter or a reason why I was late since I believed I would make the deadline but now I am seriously starting to stress

You are going to be fine. You do not need an apology letter. You filled before the expiration of the green card. Most likely the check will be cashed next week.

By law,  the date of reception of your package by uscis is the date you filed. You don't need to worry about your check being cashed or the NOA1. All you need to make sure is to get a proof of delivery from the USPS or the company you used to send your package. A uscis agent who received it would sign it with his name. You'll have all of that on your proof of delivery. Then once received, uscis will scan all your documents the same day for their ownsafety measure (they don't let in any package unopened,  they have to check it and stamp it if cleared safe). All your documents will have the date of reception on it and a stamp on the first page of your application. Even if they send you back your package for some reasons, the date on your documents are protecting you from the late period. Get the proof that your package was well delivered, keep  it and relax 😉

We finally got the NOA in the mail. I'm a little late posting as we actually got it on Thursday the 25th.

The dates are funny: Mailed on the 5th, received on the 9th. Text message on the 15th. Online it says case was received on the 12th and the notice date on the letter is the 19th with received date of the 9th. It seems the address change didn't affect receiving our NOA in a timely fashion at all! I'm just glad that we have the proof my hubby is allowed to be here as his green card just expired. I did this a little to close to deadlines for my comfort. I guess the next step is wait for a biometrics appointment? Anyone have any idea when those start coming?
