Approved!!! February 1 2019!!! I was notified by email and by text. It shows on the old website. The new one hasn't updated, but who cares!

Hi everyone! My fiancé checked the account and it's been approved!!! it's not showing up when I enter our case number so does this take a couple of days? I'm so happy I'm speechless 😀

I just checked the new site and MY CASE WAS APPROVED!!! NOA1 Old site: 9/12 New site: 9/17

Are you able to see the submission date on the new site? Mine doesn't seem to list it...

08/21/23 - I-751 interview waived, N-400 interview passed!

08/21/23 - Recommended for approval and placed in line for oath ceremony scheduling.

08/23/23 - Oath ceremony scheduled for Sept 7th, 2023

 

Removal of Conditions (APPROVED)
07/19/22 - Filed I-751 and Received by USCIS

07/21/22 - NOA1 for I-751

08/21/23 - I-751 interview waived at N-400 interview

There are many who have that date and others in the month of September also are waiting. They just started on Sept and they are not even finished with July, Aug yet. They will jump around with approvals so don't be surprise if someone leapfrogs you in the process.

I'm not sure what you mean by submission date, but I can see the "received date" (Sept 17 for me) and the date approved (On January 24, 2019, we approved your Form I-129F, Petition for Alien Fiancé(e)).

That's what I meant, but nothing like that seems to appear on the new website, but we can see the received date on the old website.

Hmmmm interesting... Yeah mine did have the date on it but I think I've seen from other people that their dates weren't listed.  Seems completely random whether or not the websites show accurate information for your case or not haha.

When looking on the new site check this URL:

 

https://my.uscis.gov/account/applicant

 

My case was approved!!!

 

Old site: 8/29

New Site: 9/04

 

The information was updated on the new site, currently the old site is not updated and nothing appeared on informed delivery.

 

Good luck to everyone else who is anxiously waiting!!

Just got confirmation from a Tier 2 agent that we're going to be receiving an RFE, but that it's still in the draft state and hasn't been sent by the CSC yet. :(
