No probably until Tuesday. My fiance is leaving today to Boston for all weekend to a concert of Pearl Jam, After him working for 2O days in a row, from 7am-6pm I think he really deserves it and take his time and mind away from everything (including me saying to call every other day 😂😂😂) so probably on Tuesday. So he can fill it up with calm, double check before he sends it back. Did you got instructions for yours? Ours said to return the originals they sent us attached with the page missing signed and dated. And we should make copies of it.

Thank you! Yes will do it. I know finally some light, I was feeling lost. I hope everything goes smooth feom now on, this last 2 months been kind of frustrating. They say dont make plans but honestly the way Im looking is I wont leave to Ohio until the end of year or beginning and I didnt want a wedding in the middle of winter there. But well anything to finish with this and start my life with the man I love. 😁

Yes we did. They sent us the original 129form together with the rfe instructions. Need only to tick the box and sign and date it. We also made a cover letter to it. It will be sent after work. So hopefully it will reach California by next week. Oh! I guess we all deserve to have some break as soon as we get approved to have a renewed strength for the NVC stage. 😂😂😂

Sometimes NVC can also be stressful you know.:lol::lol:

Friend @kmza89 our RFE is just a missing answer in Question 37, if he has been married or not. Jason is from Michigan. I know yours is on the way. 🙏

Got mine yesterday around 6pm! The RFE is letter of intent and evidence that we met within 2 years which id kind of weird because we thought we gave enough pictures.. oh well we will do better this time.

I have a question regarding the RFE, do we need to send back the letter? I saw some posts that we need to sign something before sending it back?

Yes you need to. But make sure make a copy for your own keeping and future reference.

I'm referring to the RFE physical mail letter?

My fiancé received the RFE in the mail today.

It basically wants us to prove that PlentyofFish.com is not an IMB.

Has anyone else had to deal with the IMB issue?  I’m not too concerned, but a little surprised that this is what it was about.

Glad we finally can get this cleared up and move forward!!

So out of the more active members: @I.Kat, @JayHouser, @Snuffles and myself are the only ones who have not heard anything from USCIS yet? Be it even an upcoming RFE lol.

Still nothing on our application. 220+ days

Not good lol. Have you filed an inquiry or have you been calling them?

We filed an inquiry on the 15th. They mailed us the response instead of emailing it lol hopefully we'll know that the response was early next week.

Hopefully this long weekend will recharge USCISs energy so they can get around to us that were left behind.
