We haven’t received the date yet just a text and case update online. Hopefully it will come in the mail by the end of the week

Ok fingers crossed for you guys. I received mine in the mail Monday and the interview is scheduled for Nov 28th, was quite surprised how far in the month it was but oh well can't complain.

I’ll let you know when I receive my date. Perhaps it will be the first week of December.

You can call USCIS, ask for a tier 2, and they can provide your interview date.  I called the day after our status changed and got the date wirhout any problem.

Just got a notification that we were send a RFE 😞 I swear I tried to put everything we could in our packet, but I must have missed something. I’m so devastated and hope this doesn’t prolong our case even more. My poor husband is so bored here in Montana 😞 Congratulations to everyone getting accepted! I’ll try to stay positive.

Yes. It has been in that status since September 5. No update with EAD/AP yet.

I just literally checking the USCIS website now to check an update on my case. and guess what?

 

WE GOT APPROVED FOR EAD AND AP!!!  as of November 2 today!!!! yay!!

 

should I receive it next week?
