@Ben&Zian @geowrian (cuz y'all have helped me in the past :D) and anyone else--

Am trying to send out my AOS-
Too many pages and things are getting bulky...
Am also filling for EAD and AP at the same time.

So-- any suggestions on how best to get this all in one envelope? Anyone have pictures of what theirs look like so I know what exactly to buy/how to put it all together?
Am really trying to make sure things are clear and organized.

Thank you!

I used a regular manila envelope. To help organize it, I used staples and clips to keep similar paperwork together and made a comprehensive table of contents listing the contents in the order they were there.

Thanks!
I thought they hated staples though--

Because I was going to use binder clips to hold each packet together

But I also heard the three packets go to different places but use underlining documents (i.e same marriage certificate) so I was just wondering

binder clips and paper clips are fine.

For my ROC I sent it in a box, it doesn't have to be in an envelope.

Depending on how much stuff there is, I would use a medium flat rate box from the USPS. I know my K1 was tight in the Flat rate Envelope for USPS and it was about 100 pages total with evidence, etc. Flat rate box should cost you all in 13-14 dollars, and get it there with tracking in 2-3 days max. Usually 2. If your under 100 pages total should be able to use the flat rate envelope for around 6-7 bucks priority mail.

My wife and I just used separate folders for each application (I-485/I-864/I-131/I-765) with labels on the front of them. We used binder clips on the sheets as well, but I don't think that was actually needed.

We put the payment (check) and cover letter in the front of the folders.

Then we sent all the documents in a single USPS Priority Mail envelope, with tracking.

We sent three envelopes, one for AOS, one for EAD and one for AP. We clipped documents with binder paper clips for each envelops . Each envelope we affixed  the USCIS address on it. All three went inside one big envelope that fit all three of them with USCIS address on it to the Chicago address. We used USPS Priority mail.

I think using a different manila envelope for each (with cover letter) and then sticking them together in either an envelope or box (i'll go pick up both and measure) should work

Thank you all!

Like most above. We compiled each section using paperclips basically, then we used Fedex to ship so we just put it one of their envelopes and that was it.
