i can go either way. it all depends on how well your partner portrays your relationship and how they answer and what kind of evidence they have.....

BTW: is Saudi Arabia part of the ban list that trump created? I hope that doesn't have any impact on your interview :(

I totally agree! Being in a high fraud country I'm sure they have seen every trick in the book which makes it extremely difficult to weed out the bad from the good. But think about this - this is also a very poor country. Sometimes they do deny couples just to see if they come back. If you come back then you must be a genuine bonifide couple to be fighting this hard to be together - not to mention now there is money for the country. It could be an unlimited supply of funds considering how many people pay anything it takes or constantly reapply for petitions...

Marry and file is certainly one option, no wait to do so.

“If you know the enemy and know yourself, you need not fear the result of a hundred battles. If you know yourself but not the enemy, for every victory gained you will also suffer a defeat. If you know neither the enemy nor yourself, you will succumb in every battle.”

I'm sure your right. It's just not fair. I'm worried after this long expensive process we will just end up getting denied too. :(

i fear the same thing. My fiance and I have denied petitions in our past and the CO (depending on who we get) could very well say 'No' to us too! No other factors could they point too. Its a completely judgmental and unbiased system :(

i will for sure! Going thru this process I have learned that you can't have enough support, hear enough stories, or read enough to give you the strength, knowledge and comfort you need to endure this whole journey! And thank you for the compliment! :D I have never met someone so connected to me and my family! We literally spend all day/night on the phone together. We live together virtually! No joke - we both carry blue tooth devices and extra battery banks to make the calls and video chats last all day and night. Nearly broke the world record for the longest call ever (almost 64 hours) but his WIFI disconnected  Thank god for unlimited services lol! And the parents can't get enough of each other too! It's really an amazing bond!

Your claim about denying to see if a couple comes back is completely false.  On shat are you basing thIs kind of statement??

Usually the decision has already been make even before the interview. The latter is usually to confirm a few things. That is why it is so important to know exactly what questions were asked and what did he reply.

I understand from a friend who is in the US foreign service that the COs site collectively and go through the files. Wish I could be a fly on that wall.
