Omg, I can't believe I finally got my interview date!  It's going to be exactly a year and 10 days after I filed my N-400. My I-751 is still pending though. I know they combined the two cases at one point, but there isn't any update on that. I'm wondering If I should mention it on my interview day.

Can you tell me how it went , were the 2 cases combined and did you get any notification that they were combined.

i have my n400 interview scheduled but my i751 is still pending with no update and last one being case was transferred and another office has jurisdiction :(

I had my interview today in Nashville and it was pretty straight forward. It only took about 5 minutes and the immigration officer was very friendly. The use of tablets for the English writing test is a bit awkward as I usually rest my hand on paper when I write but I managed a legible sentence and passed the interview. Now I'm inline for the Oath Ceremony so it's just a case of waiting. My USCIS account status hasn't updated yet when I do a search on the USCIS site it has so they're out of sync again, I'll just have to keep an eye on both.

I have my n400 in nashville too, do you know if they do combo i751 and n400 and did you have a 751 pending ?

I’m afraid I don’t know anything about combo interviews as I did my i751 11 years ago so it’s never been a consideration for me.

I wish! The USCIS site originally said August 2019 for hubby's approximate date and now its saying March 2020! I pray that's wrong. Cant wait for all this waiting to be over!!

Ditto - got a spark of hope today...text saying to check status but not seeing any change.

I passed my combo interview in Fort Myers FL on 06/04, and today 06/11 I finally  became a US citizen🇺🇸🎊

Took me almost 11 months since I applied...

Good luck to all  the July filers who are still waiting!!!

Dear Inna,

How was the interview? Could you please let me know in detail. I am so nervous now because my combo interview will be in 3 weeks. Thank you so much for your help!

Interview went well . . . extremely pleasant interviewer made the process easy.  Took digital pic / fingerprints and looked at ID and green card.  Reviewed my on-line application and made a couple of adjustments to missed entries, then asked 6 questions off the prescribed list of 100 [I didn't have to do the written test because of age / length of time in the states].  Oath will be [possibly] 7/24 or August - will be advised by mail.  In & out in 20 minutes

I honestly don't remember what the questions were - they were from the 100 possible question list | we reviewed the n-400 application that I'd completed online and confirmed that the answers were the same [plus in a couple of instances, I'd missed the question]
