After how many days filing online do they send the finger print letter.

It takes about a week for them to schedule it and the letter appears in your documents a day or two after that, then the letter arrives in the mail.

Does anyone know what the "estimated time" section at the bottom of the online portal means? This is the one separate from the estimated case completion time field.

I think that's for them to review what we sent and wait time until the Biometric Letter is sent.

first it appeared as 30 or 31 days,  then it disappeared after biometrics, couple of days later, it will come back again, but it shows number of months,  normally one month less

To share my fingerprints experience today:

In and out within 5 minutes, very friendly process. My location is Manchester, NH

-  The officer checked my extension stamp on my passport since my green card got collected.

- Only took my 4 fingers on the right hand (without thumb) for the fingerprints;

- She mentioned the interview is moving very quick recently,  (said 3 times) pretty quick recently, although she said she doesn't have the actual time.

My Online  DHS account get updated to 6 months after the fingerprints although I probably need to reschedule interview as I have a 3-week trip coming up.

Indeed it's good to know, I think the online application process smooths and fastens things up rather than having individuals keep scanning things into the system etc.

It'll take about 3-4 days for it to appear - and within a week I think you'll get the hard copy.

Hi,

Did anyone on this group submitted their N400 without all the additional evidences as it’s stated that you can bring them during the interview? That is did anyone here submitted without tax returns and based on 3 years of marriage.

I’m planning to file n400 next month and with pending i-751 but I noticed that my 2015 and 2017 tax returns were filed as head of household and I’m in the process of amending it ASAP.

I see that the main prerequisite on uscis website for submission is copy of marriage certificate, green card and must have live for at least 3 months in the current address.
