May hasn't gotten  this either, and it '####### or miss from Jan - April for CSC. I wouldn't expect a letter.

Hi All, 

 

USCIS website hasn't updated my case after I got biometrics. 

Usually it would update to show that biometrics were done/received, etc. 

Do I need to call USCIS and ask them to update? Should I be worried? 

 

Also, on another note:

I'm planning on travelling to New Zealand this fall. 

Do I need to get the 551 stamp on my passport, or can I travel with my expired GC and extension letter? My apologies if this is a stupid question.

Hey Ash, Thanks for the confirmation, I was going to say the last I saw that really got anything either way for biometrics from CSC was March Filers but I didn't see really anything since being reported from for april or may filers getting anything. This makes it hard for everyone to have absolutely no idea if our cases are ok or if they've been lost down the proverbial rabbit hole. It's definitely additional undue stress.

Hi guys, 

Where do I call to check the status of my case?

The USCIS website hasn't updated my case since they received it last June. 

I got biometrics done last July - none of that has been updated and it's bothering me. It's making me nervous - is anyone else's case not been fully updated on the website???

I got the following in my email. I am not currently home to check the actual notice. Anyone have idea why this is happening. I filed at CSC. I will be home in week and half.

 

On March 6, 2019, your Form I751, PETITION TO REMOVE CONDITIONS ON RESIDENCE, Receipt Number WACXXX, was transferred to another USCIS office. That office now has jurisdiction over your case. We sent you a notice that explains why we moved your case. Please follow the instructions in the notice. If you do not receive your notice by April 5, 2019, please go to www.uscis.gov/e-request to request a copy of the notice. If you move, go to www.uscis.gov/addresschange to give us your new mailing address.

Your case was transferred to another office. Most likely Vermont center.  That's where a lot of CSC  filers case had been transferred.

I just saw April filers are getting the same case transfer notice. One person got it in the mail already and the office it was transferred to is in VA.  So yours might be in the same office.

Hi everyone. does anyone knows how long does it take to get a notice for the biometric. I applied for I-175 and received the 18months extension but until now I am still waiting for the biometric. Also,  I have the receipt number but eveytime I check it online it keep saying invalid receipt number. Does anyone has the same problem like mine? Any comment would be helpful. Thank you guys :)
