@Tmendoza

we called again and got a lady around 11pm on the Spanish speaking line. She spoke with my husband and said she was going to open an investigation on our case. We asked to speak with a supervisor but the lady who answered the phone said she could request the investigation and to give them up to 6 weeks to look into it... meanwhile, we got correspondence from the investigation that we opened with USCIS and all they said basically was that it was going to take a long time to finish our case... our case is already approved with USCIS!!! Ugh.

I wish they would get this figured out. I emailed the nvc help email also requesting that they look into the case. Hopefully I hear back soon.

Can you get your state representative involved.

Hi,

My wife received her passport today along with instruction to pay $220 fee. Can you please guide me what is A number on the visa? Is it registration #?

Please advise!

The "A" number is the "Alien" number. You/your wife can find it on the visa. My husband's is from MX and his was near the middle of the visa on the right hand side.

Got a 'DOCUMENTARILY QUALIFIED' today: 14th June 2018.

So this next bit, 'CC to interview' is almost as fast as the bit where they happily and speedily process our fee money....right?  Just lie to me and say yes.

NOA2: 31st January 2018

Sent from USCIS: 12th February 2018

Received by NVC: 16th February 2018

Started telling me they never received petition since: 22nd march 2018

Case number assigned & fees sent: 22nd May 2018

Fees "PAID": 27th May

Received email with interview date scheduled: 12th July 2018.

Interview @ Dublin embassy: 2nd August 2018 DENIED!  (421 days since NOA1).

(incorrect spelling and missing middle name on police certs)

Lets hope the Sputum test will be negative. ...

We will take our medical within 2 weeks time. I also had an xray week ago and my doctor say it's normal and no problem....I hope and pray that the findings at St luke will be same.

My wife brought in xrays from her dr that says they are normal, st lukes wouldn't even look at them.

Do you both know when they tend to schedule interviews for Germany? I asked last night and they said early in the month - whereas I thought it was mid month.

I only know that when I called two days ago, the operator said that they were still scheduling July interviews.

I thought mid month as well. But when I checked old timelines it was like whenever someone got CC it never took them longer then a week or so to get an appointment.

Did they mean interviews or Frankfurt Interviews explicit?  🙈😄

Oh man, I can‘t wait for this to be finally over!
