Does anyone know about the USCIS immigrant fee (to be paid before arrival in the US) here's a link https://www.uscis.gov/file-online/uscis-immigrant-fee? It looks like K visas are exempt from this fee but wanted to ask you guys just in case. Thanks for your help!

Can you please send a link where we can apply for marriage license online?

Are you in Los Angeles? the online app is for Los Angeles City Recorder only, I think it's very specific to the place you will be marrying/live. You can just google it if you're in LA and it's an easy form to fill out. Good luck!!

K visa is not immigrant visa, it is to adjust  status once in US hence it’s exempt.

That's a fee for CR-1 (spouse/immigrant) folks not you who is a non-immigrant. So ignore it.

Valid Passport

DS 160 Confirmation Page

2 US Passport Photos (But i have 8 lol)

Appointment Letter (Packet 4)

Packet 3 Letter Not needed unless it's a requirement of the P3.

Proof of interview payment Not needed unless it's a requirement of the P3.

Police Clearances from all countries I’ve lived. Be sure that the are translated to English if they are not already.

Unabridged Birth Certificate

Affidavit Of Support Completed form I-134 with wet signatures (Tax, Pay Stubs, Tax W2, Employment Verification)

Letter of intent to marry Most Embassy's are not asking for this document. Check your P3 for requirements.

Our pictures together from her 1st and 2nd visits (100 Pictures in total) 8-12 pictures is all they have time to review. If the CO wants to see your pictures your picture book will not fit through the interviewing window. Print them on bond paper, 4 to a page which makes it much easier to pass to the CO

Engagement Pictures (10 Copies) Be careful with pictures that may show an unintended event like a wedding. We have see some here be denied because their pictures, to the CO, depicted a "wedding" which is not in keeping with the intent of the K-1 visa.

Receipts of bank transfers to each other.

Chat Logs. Facebook and iMessage. (From 2010)

Call Logs (FaceTime and Audio calls up to 2 years)

Copies of her flights tickets from 1st and second visits

Copy of Noa1 and Noa2

Think you are pretty much ready for the interview. Be aware that you may be in front of the CO for not more than 5 min. Be confident, look the CO in the eyes when answering their questions. Keep your answers short and to the point and smile. Make this happen for the two of you.

The engagement pictures is just me going on one knee to propose and giving her the ring and kiss. That happened in a public place, she was not even aware of the plan until i did it.

Thank you so much. I appreciate. You’ve been very useful on here. Thanks once more... 🙏🏽

Wow guys... movers are here!  I am currently living in New Jersey but my fiance and I decided that this was not the right place for us.  So once he arrives in the US, we will be living in Florida.  Luckily my employer transferred me.  We are both very excited.  It will be a new beginning for both of us.  I have spent the last few weeks packing.  I am physically and emotionally exhausted.  I just wanted to share this!  Hope everyone has a good weekend.

So happy for you ans your fiance!!!GOOD LUCK ❤❤

Hello! Just an update on what is going on with my petition. Friday USCIS stated that my petition was approved and they no longer have jurisdiction over it that the Dept of State does. They told me the steps to take so they can locate it and assign the case number. So, Thursday which was my 6 wk mark I proceeded to do exactly what I wss told hopefully soon I finish this frustrating ordeal.. Clinging onto some kind of hope! 😌😏

Thank you! I got everything except the ds160, fingerprints, medical and actual appt at embassy. Because with this country they set expiration dates on everything is a way of them making money even the police certificate expires, birth certificate etc.. So we just waiting on the case # to move on! But I appreciate everything you do for everyone on here! Sending many blessings your way 🤗

My fiancée had her interview at MNL embassy today, The CO only said "thank you're finished" Never said approved or not. And my Fiancée never asked if she was approved??? is this common? When will we know if she was approved?

Also is it common for them to Keep the original Birth certificate? will she get it back? with her passport/visa??

During my interview the CO clearly said “your visa is approved” but if they didnt ask for any other additional documents you need to send over and kept her passport then she passed. Also, they keep the Birth certificate as far as I know.

In Australia, they kept ALL my original documents, birth certificate included. I received my passport back today, with all original documents returned. I think MNL embassy will return her originals as well.
