Did you even read the thread?

If you want the skinny.. here it is.

OP is sponsoring his brother and his brother's family.

Here's what the news says:

http://news.abs-cbn.com/overseas/01/31/18/trump-wants-end-to-chain-migration

So did you read it...?

From what you posted if he wasn't a USC he couldn't file for his brother.

But we all have different opinions on that

Once you're a citizen, don't forget to vote against everyone that wants to end family reunification apart from spouses and children under 21. Every vote counts!

assuming all immigrants should advocate chain immigration is like assuming all gay people prances around.

not cool.

Huh?

Don't tell us how to vote

That's a personal choice we all make. And one that my wife and myself will make that we think fits best for us...

I think most people who immigrate would appreciate the freedom in that.

Then don't try to take freedom and rights away such as the original posters right to reunify his family just because

And having categories decades out is just silly.

I think if you look at the TOS, VJ limits those rights to threads specifically on that subject, not to hijacking others ;)

No such freedom or right exists to have a sibling live in the same country as you. Current law permits this, if a number of conditions are met. Nothing guarantees it, and laws can be changed.

People can vote for whoever or whatever initiative on the ballot that they want. That actually is a right as a citizen.

As noted, see the VJ TOS. Your "freedom" does not extend to a private service, and you agreed to follow the TOS here.
