I130 february 2018 fillers at potomac center

Hi everyone. 

 

I filled the I130 form for spouse on february the 20th. I got my NOA1 a week later, but im still awaiting on my NOA2, does anybody got updated on theirs?

If you look at Processing Times - it's about 6-7 months for NOA2

Im expecting to hear any news from someone getting an ahead approval.

Again - if you check the processing times, you will see users from September and October 2018 who are just now getting approvals. 

I am a December 2017 filer and have not heard anything.

According to the list, it seems that you’re getting a response quite soon.

1 year and 3 days. Could have been 10/11 months but we had to wait for some documents.

Hi @nickymicky 

 

Unfortunately, we haven’t received any updates yet and to top it all, according to the USCIS website, Potomac has increased 30 more days to the I130 Processing Time. 

 

Three weeks ago, we submitted the name change and we’re hoping to get a sooner response while they pull up our case, but base on topics “name change related correspondence”, it doesn’t speed up or delays the processing time. 

 

The visajourney average processing time for February fillers, is set in between “September/October.
