Sarge you've been around long enough to know how this works. The uscis site says they work on cases in the order they come in but that's just a plain and simple alternative fact

Each packet is opened and scanned. After that it's a couple of steps and your file is being background checked. Once that's done the work load is distributed for adjudication. In adjudicator can have a lite case and finish and moved the next case. Others are more involved. So I don't buy into that should be equal. That's impossible. Just my 2 cents.

Nothing and no one is ignored. They open your package and scan it into their system. Then move to the next one.

Not saying ignored big guy just that maybe they see a large packet and they say I'll set that aside till later, let me get this little one out the way first lol. But yeah I just read that in another thread it's all &^%$ house rumors.

Curious, what makes you say that? I'm hoping for ours soon!

Because it's already after 5pm in California I think they are done for the day or I could be wrong.

Hi, on my NOA1, the receipt date is 5/4 and the notice date is 5/9. Which date are they actually going by? Thanks

I think it's the receipt date.

I don't think so, tomorrow is a new day, that's what I think he meant by that.
