Hey Guys! My I-751 has been accepted and my green card is being produced. I just received a letter notifying me of this today, my case was processed by the CSC, they received my original package at 5/

I also got the Feb waiver and then a biometrics appt letter.  Did my code 5 fingerprints done last week. Two days later got a "new card being produced' update. Good luck all.

I'm pretty sure we will receive an updated i-797, they say they will issue "NEW" forms to those whose case were pending as June 11 which means that all those from June 11 will receive the updated i-79

Happy Friday! 

 

Im both excited and relieved to say that my case has been approved as of 5/30. I had my biometrics appointment yesterday and received notification via text today that there was an update made to my case. I was able to check my case update via the new website and saw that a new card was being produced. The old website is still not displaying any info for my case.

 

No transfers or RFE’s either. 

 

GL to all that are still waiting! Now onto N-400....

Hi everyone! 

 

My USPS informed delivery shows I’ll be getting correspondence from USCIS today.  

 

My last status update shows up as “Fingerprint Review Complete” (From the Mass letter sent in a February regarding fingerprint waivers.

 

I won’t be home until late tonight so I’m trying to figure out what it could be.

 

The letter comes from the California Service Center.

 

what could this be? It’s my inderstanding that physical cards are not shipped from CSC.  My gut feeling says this is an RFE or Biometrics appointment. But could it possibly be an approval notice? Or are those sent from another address as wel?

AOS Package Sent: March 30, 2016

NOA Received by Mail: April 7, 2016

Biometrics Appointment: May 10, 2016

10 years GC was in mail today. We mailed our package in late May 2018, received by USCIS in Vermont Center on June 7 2018. Never transferred. Approved May 28 2019. No RFE, no interview.

I had the exact situation and received a letter yesterday for biometrics appointment on 6/14.

March 23rd,2016: Received 3 text/email with receipt #

March 24th,2016: checks cashed

Didn't receive NOA hard copy receipts in mail(not a problem,if you receive text or email)

April 8th,2016: received bio metrics for i-485 and i-765

April 14th,2016: Early walk in for bio-metrics Appointment (actual date was 18th april)

May 2nd, 2016: Received RFE for Joint Sponsor

May24th, 2016: Sent RFE back to USCIS

Thanks, AAKIF! There is no update on either the old or new website for my i751, I filed my N400 two weeks ago, and my biom is scheduled on 06/10. If the incoming mail is indeed a biom appt for my i751. Does it mean I will have to do two biom?

It's confirmed that I have received my biometric appt letter for i751 from CSC today and my appt is scheduled on June 12th 2019.
