Go back to the Philippines and get married.

Once you’re back in the US file i130.

Waiting time is around 2 years for the F2A category.

meron po bang mga required documents or mga dapat munang gawin dito sa us bago magpakasal sa pilipinas?

Read the i130 instructions so you can prepare the docs before you return here in the US.

What you need to know are the requirements to get married in the Philippines.

Curious. What visa did you get?

You can't arrive in the US prior to obtaining a visa.

Well depending on how you got your GC you may have a waiting period before you can file for anybody.

OP came in under the F2B category. There’s NO waiting period to file for spouse or child.

I think the "waiting period" was the 5 year threshold if they had come on a marriage-based visa. As it has been subsequently clarified that he came on an F2B, this "waiting period" does not apply.
