197 days here also! So it means im a VIP member too 😂 going 200+ days soon

noa 1 received date  was april 4, and i am thinking the cause of delay.

My Fiancée told me that he had a case in court when he was a teenager, he was a victim and I told him to seek an advice if it should be reflected on the I129f form. He talked with an attorney (or not) and said it’s okay not to declared.

So yeah., I’m thinking of RFE or we will just look forward for 7.5 months......

have a nice day everyone!

If I was a victim there shouldn't be a issue. If he was the.  Perpetrator then there's a issue

IN REGARDS TO WHICH DATE TO USE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

noa1 date is actually they date on ur hard copy. Sadly if u reach the magical 220 day u must wait till 225 to contact Uscis. They use what the new site says. Even if ur paper says X date.

They added 5 days onto everyone’s accepted on NOA1

I asked my fiance to Speak with USCIS and she did. She even reached the Tier 2 officer to speak with but USCIS officer replied we need to wait another 2 or 3 weeks in order for us to submit a inquiry..

Till we pass the timeframe there's nothing she can see about the update.

This is very frustrating. (195 Days )

If not disclosed in ur i-129 there's a chance u could be denied. With no appeal. No rfe. Nothing at all.

Hello felow aplicants,

I've got the RFE, we did not sent the complete divorce decree, (that's easy). We also need to send a waiver request. Regarding the waiver, this is the second petition, previous one was aproved then withdrawn, just  change of mind about it. The RFE request evidence to support the waiver. Would the withdrawn request mail serves as evidence? I appreciate your inputs.
