Hi guys,  I added myself on the spreadsheet. I noticed something, the applicants that sent their package before or on April 5 only had to wait between 5 to 12 days. The applications received on or after April 6 are taking 43 days or more for their checks to be cashed.

That's correct. CSC and VSJ seemed to have halt processing I751 for a little bit. If you read the previous posts, you'll see the panic for those who filed after 4/5. It was likely due to the large amount of H1B visa applications and also the new processing system that they had set up (or so they say). It only started kicking back up again late last week. Whatever the delay was, it seems to have cleared up.

Got my NOA today 😊

What's strange is that the NOA date is 5/19 but the check wasn't cashed until 5/22...

I’m feeling a bit dumb now because I listened to the tier 2 officer’s instruction and mailed my packet again two weeks ago (I didn’t come across this forum at that time) Hopefully my actions won’t cause too much confusion or delay. On the cover letter I did put down I’m sending packet again as instructed by a immigration officer. I even put down the date I sent the first packet. I hope they won’t cash my check again.

NOA received today! Now just need to sit back and wait for biometric appointment.

I got the NOA today 05/26, dated on the NOA is 05/21.

They (VSC) received my application on 04/30...so 21 days

What's the next step? :)
